Returns & Cancellations
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you have any questions regarding any item we sell, please email us prior to placing your order. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of the package. You can return your items for a prompt exchange.
In case the following conditions are not met Brau.ae reserves the right to refuse the exchange.
The items must be returned for exchange within 2 business days of original purchase
Items must be received by us undamaged and unused in its original condition and packaging
The original manufacture’s packaging must not be damaged
Packaging must include all original items, brochure etc.
Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website.
Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
PRICES AND PAYMENT POLICY
Delivery charges will be added to the final order separately during the check-out process. If you are a customer whose credit card is not denominated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Brau delivers in the United Arab Emirates and your order is expected to be delivered within 2 to 3 (two to three) working days from the day you receive your order confirmation email. For distant areas the delivery time may vary therefore we invite you to contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If no one is available to accept delivery of the order, you will have the option to arrange for an alternative delivery date or be given additional information about the collection of your order from the courier company. If you fail to collect your delivery by the second attempt you may be charged an additional delivery fee for any further attempt.
Orders are delivered Saturday through Thursday, excluding Friday and public holidays.
