Our team is made up of highly skilled, licensed professionals who not only deliver exceptional results but also create meaningful connections with every client. You will be a vital part of our luxury beauty studio team, specialising in high quality services including semi-permanent makeup, brow grooming, lash treatments, and expert facial treatments. You will deliver exceptional results through your treatments, while ensuring client satisfaction and helping to elevate our service standards. Key Responsibilities:
Treatments
- Perform specialized treatments: Deliver treatments within your area of specialism, maintaining an exceptional level of skill and precision with every client.
- Client Consultation: Provide professional advice and consultations, guiding clients through procedures to ensure clear understanding.
- Client Relationship Management: Address client needs with efficiency and empathy, fostering positive relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Sales & Product Promotion: Promote and upsell services, products, and packages, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs.
- Salon Maintenance: Ensure the salon remains tidy, organized, and welcoming for clients.
- Trend Integration: Identify and implement new, innovative beauty treatments to keep services current with market trends.
- Marketing & Events: Participate in pop-ups, influencer events, model treatments, and photoshoots to support Brau’s brand presence.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Personality & Teamwork: Positive, outgoing personality with a collaborative approach.
- Client Relationship Building: Strong ability to build trust-based relationships with clients.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess a high skill level and adept at recommending products to meet clients’ unique needs.
Education and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience within your specialized service.
- Licensing: DHA License, DHA Eligibility Letter, or a 1-year degree in Beauty Therapy.
- Portfolio & References: Strong portfolio showcasing previous work, along with verifiable references.
- Customer Service Excellence: Exceptional customer service skills, fluent in English with excellent communication abilities.
