As a Semi-Permanent Makeup Artist at Brau, you will be a vital part of our luxury beauty studio team, specializing in high-quality, semi-permanent makeup services. You’ll deliver exceptional results through treatments like lip blush and lash line enhancement, while ensuring client satisfaction and helping elevate our service standards.
In addition, you will also provide mesotherapy as a facial treatment, adding to the comprehensive suite of services we offer to enhance client skin care and aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Services: Provide expert semi-permanent makeup treatments, including lip blush, lash line enhancement, and mesotherapy.
- Onboarding & Mentorship: Assess and onboard new artists to ensure they understand Brau’s standards and service approach.
- Consultation & Client Education: Offer professional consultations, guiding clients through treatment options and setting realistic expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address client needs with empathy and professionalism, aiming to turn every client interaction into a memorable, positive experience.
- Client Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- Sales & Promotions: Introduce clients to additional services, products, and packages, enhancing their experience while contributing to studio goals.
- Studio Maintenance: Keep treatment areas clean and orderly, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.
- Event Participation: Represent Brau at marketing events, pop-ups, influencer sessions, and photoshoots, promoting our brand with confidence.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Personality & Attitude: Positive, outgoing personality with the ability to connect and build trust with clients.
- Customer Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Classic eyelash extensions and able to recommend products tailored to client needs.
Education & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in performing semi-permanent makeup treatments.
- Licensing: DHA License, DHA Eligibility Letter, or a 1-year degree in Beauty Therapy.
- Portfolio & References: Strong portfolio with verifiable references.
Customer Service: Exemplary customer service skills, with fluency in English and excellent communication abilities.
