Applications are invited for a Semi-permanent Make-up Artist. Here at Brau. we are dedicated to our clients and strive to find artist who are experienced, passionate and have exemplary customer service. Our Semi-permanent Make-up artists are responsible for the delivery of a wide array of treatments including semi-permanent make-up treatments for brows, eyes, lips and mesotherapy treatments. We pride ourselves on investing in your development including additional training for the treatments you will provide.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform semi-permanent make-up and mesotherapy treatments
• Assess new artists and on-board them on Brau. services.
• Provide consultation and offer professional advice to clients on necessary procedures.
• Walk clients through procedures to ensure mutual understanding regarding treatments.
• Address client’ needs and concerns efficiently and effectively to turn unhappy customers into return guests.
• Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention.
• Promote and up-sell products, services and packages where necessary.
• Manage and maintain the salon’s tidiness and cleanliness.
• Participate in marketing events including but not limited to pop ups, complementary treatments for influencers and models, photo shoots.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience performing semi-permanent make-up treatments
• DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter or 1 year degree in Beauty Therapy
• Strong portfolio of work and references
• Exemplary customer service skills
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
